We know there’s A LOT going on right now, and our inboxes are overflowing with messages and updates. But we wanted to take a moment to say THANK YOU. You, our loyal fans and attendees, are what fuels our business and ignites our passion for creating incredible experiences. Simply put: we can’t do what we do without you.

Right now our business, among so many others in our industry, is feeling the effects of this shutdown. Although our events have been temporarily paused, the hard work of our staff, operating costs, and continued expenses have not. As a small, family-run business, we appreciate your understanding and compassion moving forward.

We look forward to the day we will be able to announce the next live Immersion or festival and will keep you all updated the moment we know more. We have attached a google form to fill out and submit in regards to your options for your Shakti Immersion pass. Here’s what else you need to know:

Ticket policy 1: Credit your full ticket price to any of our future live events, valid for up to 3 years.
Ticket policy 2: Credit $108 to an annual pass for our upcoming virtual festival, and receive the remainder of your ticket price as a credit to be used for up to 3 years.
If we do not receive your response within three weeks, you will be issued a credit through ticket policy one.
