About Lisa Gniadyaka (Manjeet Kaur)
For over 20 years Lisa has been practicing, studying and living her yoga. Graduate of the University of Michigan Business School, 13 years as a Wall Street Trader, mother, Reiki and Quantum Touch Practitioner, this is the “Life” she brings to Yoga. She has taught for over 15 years, and is a E-RYT 200 Hatha Yoga Teacher, a 500 hour Ceritified Level two Practioner in Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan and a registered Children’s Yoga Teacher.Lisa classes are filled with an eclectic mix of spirituality and fun. Her intuitive teaching style and infused love of yoga resonates with students of all ages. Lisa’s passion for yoga transformed into a love of the Gong. Finding a balance between what is heard and what is felt, she shares the Gong’s individual healing powers. Each student is taken on their own journey.She can be found teaching Gong Events, Yoga classes and Kundalini Yoga classes in the Chicagoland Area. She has been published in Yoga Chicago Magazine, is the Health Columnist for McHenry County Living Magazine. She has presented at the Iowa City Yoga Festival and Bhakti Fest Midwest. Our body is our temple to respect and honor while we are on this earth. When we chant we change our frequency. We bring into balance that which is out of balance. When we breath, we breath in life. When we do our yoga practice we come to truly understand the gift of why we are here. So join me to Move, Chant and Breath and take care of You.

Self-Discovery- Kundalini Yoga Mantra and Meditation
You have done the work, you have dedicated three days to you. It is time to reflect on what you have discovered.The ancient practice of Kundalini Yoga, Breathwork, and Mantra is the bridge. Continue on this path of self discovery awaken to the: Why am I here, what is my purpose? Then be that beacon of light, and light the way for others.
