Layering traditional kirtan with instantly accessible melodies and modern instrumentation, Krishna Das has been called yoga’s “rock star.” With a remarkably soulful voice that touches the deepest chord in even the most casual listener, Krishna Das – known to friends, family, and fans as simply “KD” – has taken the call-and-response chanting out of yoga centers and into concert halls, becoming a worldwide icon and the best-selling western chant artist of all time. To date, KD has released 16 well received albums, including Live Ananda (released January 2012) that was nominated for a Grammy in the Best New Age album category.

KD spent the late ’60’s traveling across the country as a student of Ram Dass, and in 1970, finally made the journey to India, where he met Ram Dass’ own beloved guru, Neem Karoli Baba, known to most as Maharaj-ji. Given the name Krishna Das, KD began to chant as part of following the path of Bhakti yoga, the yoga of devotion. After the passing of Maharaj-ji, he took solace in music, as well as finding peace and strength in his yoga chant practice. In 1994, KD started leading chant in public first in NYC, and then to an ever-growing audience of yoga students, and expanding to chant with people all around the world. In February 2013, Krishna Das performed at the Grammy awards in Los Angeles, which streamed online to millions of viewers. The award-winning film ‘One Track Heart: The Story of Krishna Das’ has been in over 100 US cities, over 10 countries worldwide. and is available on DVD everywhere.

KD now travels the world sharing his kirtan practice and wonderful stories of his life, of Maharaji-ji, of his life on the Path, and discusses bringing chanting into our lives through retreats and workshops. During COVID times he has chanted online every week for the worldwide satsang.

One of the most poignant voices currently floating about, Ayla Nero is an otherworldly artist who shares the fruits of her soul — The Huffington Post

Ayla’s relationship with the earth is imprinted in her music… expansive and intriguing — Billboard

Ayla Nereo is as a voice for the planet, a modern bard and beacon who dances songs directly from her soul. With lyrical poetry splashing across a canvas of sound, her music has an uncanny ability to disarm and crack open the heart, as she sings for the depth of our humanness, and for the return to our pure wonder of existence. Her lucid storytelling and magical presence onstage and off creates a force field that is palpable, joyous, deep, and utterly enchanting.

With a particular joy for bridging musical styles, Ayla’s songs seem a genre unto their own, as she weaves between vocal looping, produced beats, live drumming, orchestral string arrangements, Celtic melodies, disco rhythms, electronic soundscapes, and even dashes of hip-hop wordplay. Calling us to listen deeper, her songs are elegant masterpieces of lucid storytelling, with lyrics ringing as anthems for planetary healing, human potential, beauty, and compassion.

Though you’d never know it by witnessing her perform, Ayla grew up with an intense fear of singing. In her final year of college, songs began pouring through her, and it was only through the constant urging of those around her that she began to slowly share her music. Propelled by the songs themselves, Ayla’s journey of meeting those fears and singing through them has grown her into the powerful performer she is today, touching an ever-widening global audience with the inspiring magic of her songs.

A child schooled at home in the hills of Sonoma County, Ayla was raised on Cat Stevens, Bob Dylan, opera, classical music, traditional celtic songs, and ABBA — influences which have deeply shaped her music. Touching on both the timeless and modern, she always rides the line between genres, so that her songwriting and sound ultimately cannot be compared to anyone else.
Dancing her own songs on stage as she sings them, her movement and presence gives the audience a permission to be wild, real, vulnerable, and alive. Every performance Ayla gives is its own inspired journey; an enchanting and poignant experience that holds you by the heart and doesn’t let go.

After touring 33 cities in 6 weeks with The Polish Ambassador for the first Permaculture Action Tour, she began to create her own Herbalism Action Days to connect her fanbase with their local plant-teachers and healers, to empower communities to know what medicines and foods grow around them, and support the self-reliance of individuals to reclaim their own health care and community food systems. She is excited to weave more action days into her future touring.

Ayla released her 6th solo album, the phenomenal By The Light of the Dark Moon, in the spring of 2019 via Jumpsuit Records. The album marks a distinct stepping-out into the world arena. Dancing between genres across each song, this album is a journey of finding light through darkness, connecting to what is currently happening in our world with many collective shadows rising to be seen and healed. “By the Light of the Dark Moon,” as Ayla shares, “speaks to what becomes visible when times get darker, whether it be within us, or as a culture, or out in the sky above.” This album is a beacon, illuminating hope, awareness, and a deep sense of wonder for all of Life. As the opening track calls forth, “We the shining forest… to the darkness bring song.” Ayla has also 2 albums with her project Wildlight (her collaboration with David Sugalski, aka The Polish Ambassador), and 3 collaboration albums.

Honing her impeccable artistry and craft over the years, Ayla has developed a deeply loyal fanbase, one that has recently seen exponential growth into widening circles across the planet. After a nationwide tour supporting the album release in the spring of 2019, a full summer of notable festival appearances, a sold out appearance at Red Rocks with Nahko & Medicine for the People and Trevor Hall, a co-headlining concert with Rising Appalachia, supporting Nahko & Medicine for the People on 14 dates this past fall, and her second nationwide and European tours set for this year, Ayla’s music is reverberating from a west-coast transformational niche into larger global audiences, to inspire and uplift the hearts of humanity. Her music is currently seeing  rapid and increasing growth throughout the US, Europe, as well as Canada, Australia, and dozens of other countries.

Desert Dwellers is the convergence of music producers Amani Friend and Treavor Moontribe, who honed their individual skills in the mystical deserts of New Mexico and California, long before electronic music reached the mainstream. Amani and Treavor combine the raw sounds of the natural world, wrapped in dance-floor and chill-out productions; blending deep bass, earthy percussion, etheric voices, and cross-cultural instrumentation into a sonic incense for the mind and body. Desert Dwellers’ unique global sounds are a bridge between worlds, and their label Desert Trax has become a platform to spotlight similar alchemical artists.

Brought together in the late ‘90s through the legendary Moontribe gatherings, in 2019 the duo celebrated their 20th anniversary of making music together, adding depth to their reputation as a pioneering and prolific downtempo, psybass, and tribal house act from the United States. The culmination of two decades of partnership has forged their Beatport #1 selling electronica album BREATH, out on Black Swan Sounds, which features more than 20 musicians and vocalists over a 10-track journey. In 2020, the duo released a series of three BREATH remix albums across the BPM spectrum by a whole host of major figures in the industry.

Desert Dwellers’ studio output is matched only by their extensive touring history, which juxtaposes performances at America’s most iconic venues like Red Rocks, festivals like Symbiosis, Lightning in a Bottle, Burning Man, and Coachella, with high-powered sets at the biggest trance festivals around the world; BOOM in Portugal and Rainbow Serpent in Australia. Desert Dwellers are equally at home in clubs as they are in yoga studios, and the jungles, deserts, and mountains of far-flung international festivals.

I just want to write and perform songs that touch the heart and help others

Letting go of genre, expectation, and boxes, Satsang has leaned into the power of songwriting to drive their forthcoming release, Flowers From The Fray (the band’s 5th album in 6 years) due out Fall 2022.

Recorded and self-produced with the help of bandmate and longtime collaborator Parker Brown, this record finds the duo tucked away in a secluded cabin in Southwest Montana digging back into the foundation on which Satsang was founded on. These songs were all so personal to me” says Drew McManus. “Whether it was really sifting through the stage of life I had found myself in which was a kind of dark night of the soul, or leaning into the love of my wife. This record is truly me bearing my heart. I needed to seclude myself to find out where these songs wanted to go, and having Parker’s musical guidance had a big hand in that.”

This record, coupled with the band’s last release All. Right. Now. is a maturing. A growing into the songwriter and musicians that the band was destined to be. A settled and firm foundation of influences and sound that brings every external aspect in and finds it internalized and distilled into Flowers From the Fray”.

Radhika Das is widely being considered kirtan’s next rockstar. 15 years ago, he went in search of spiritual truth and deeper happiness. The path he connected most with is “Bhakti Yoga,” the journey of love and devotion, and of the various limbs of bhakti, Radhika dedicated most of
himself to becoming absorbed in the ancient practice of Kirtan.

I’m devoting my life to helping people find spiritual fulfilment, whether it be from an existing
yoga or spiritual background or those with limited or no exposure to any practice. My aim is to
help you toward a holistic way of joyful living through mantra chanting.

Pato Banton is a grammy nominated reggae legend that has recorded and toured the world with The English Beat, Steel Pulse, UB40 & STING! (just to name a few) . During the year 2000, while in the midst of a global trek with Peter Gabriel’s WOMAD organization, that combined huge festivals with music outreach programs to poor and underprivileged communities, Pato learned that two of his sons had been shot in a drive-by shooting! He immediately put his career on hold and turned his sorrow into the impetus for community & educational initiatives that would consume the next six years of his life.

Pato created an organization called “Musical Connections” and in partnership the Community Safety Team, provided tuition and counseling for “at risk” young people in 16 different communities across his city of Birmingham, UK. This project was so successful that Pato was approached by the West Midlands Police Department to tackle the ongoing problem of gun crime in some of the poorest neighborhoods. Within a few years this partnership greatly reduced gun crime across the entire city and Pato was given a Lifetime Achievement Award by the BBC and entered into the British Music Hall of Fame during the same year.

In 2006, after feeling that he had planted enough seeds of progress within his home community, Pato decided to relocate to Southern California and embark on the second phase of his musical journey, taking with him the years of experience in the field of Loving Service. Since then Pato has recorded many albums and collaborated with artists all over the world. His most recent albums Love Is The Greatest & The Words Of Rastafari were released on Bob Marley’s Tuff Gong Records International.

Pato Banton’s four-decade public presence has increasingly transcended music to convey a positive & uplifting message of global peace and love for humanity. Now based in Southern California, he continues to record and tour the world extensively with his band The Now Generation, while simultaneously serving as a Teacher, Minister, Counselor and Mentor to his Fans, Friends & Family worldwide!

Durga Arya in Germany.

About the art: Kathak is a 2000 year old ancient storytelling art form which began as a specialized dance recounting mythological and moral tales from the scriptures, mainly about Lord Krishna and Radha. Embellished with hand gestures and facial expressions, using instrumental and vocal music along with stylized gestures to enliven the stories, Kathak engages, all parts of the mind, body and spirit.  Rhythm, mudras, pirouettes, and intricate footwork are at the core of this complex dance form. A trained dancer normally wears 100 bells on each foot.

In Love, a music duo from Santa Cruz, CA features Amanda Rose Loveland on vocals and flute, and Michael Chorvat on vocals and guitar. Through music, media and live performance, In Love forms the container needed to live in love now. As a catalyst of collective celebration through dance and sonic sensations, In Love continues to weave their magic through the conscious California festival community and the rest of the world. Festivals such as One Love, PRIDE, and Metamorphosis in California, along with multiple international festivals abroad in Indonesia, forever hold the resonance of the wake of In Love’s mission.

In 2019, Amanda and Michael created a stage for endangered cultures to live on in the mainstream by integrating traditional music from Indonesia in their debut music video “In This Now” featuring Sundanese Gamelan instruments and musicians from West Java. On February 14, 2020 In Love released their debut 11 song album With You to redefine what it means to live in love. “Rainbows”, the duo’s debut single, brings medicine to anyone in our human family seeing darkness in themselves beyond their true light. The song creates the possibility for all to overcome their negative experiences and see the blessings that exist on the other side of trauma. Watch the music video for “Rainbows” on YouTube.

After a short hiatus during the recent global pandemic, In Love returns to do what they do best. Make love and get your heart on!

Harmon A. Clarke Jr, concentrates his energy on being a healer, using the magnificent rhythmic melodies he discovered in Africa and Brazil, along with the rich musical history that comes from the streets of Crenshaw, where Harmon grew up.
After 30 major surgeries and holding the record at Cedar Sinai for most days in one year in the hospital at 221, Harmon was given six months to live in 2018. Using the power of music and dance, he practiced the Bhakti devotional yoga to heal himself back to a greater glory than ever imagined.

Harmon was born into a rich musical family on both sides. He grew up on the A&M lot, where his grandmother held the title of Sr. Vice President of the Publishing Division and was responsible for giving Michale Jackson the song “Thriller” and “Rock With You”. Brenda Andrews was also responsible for Bob Marley’s catalog and worked with legends like Quincy Jones. Harmon’s uncle, Arthur Lee Simpkins, sang on the Jackie Gleason show in the 40s and later performed to presidential inaugurations and at the Queen’s coronation in England. Harmon sings in Hebrew, German, Italian and Spanish, all the different languages bringing together a soulful mix of R&B and gospel roots together with a Bhakti devotional, flow the harmonic choir
