Kristin Olson began teaching yoga in 1976 @ Rancho La Puerta, Tecate, Baja Mexico, under tutelage of Indra Devi. Since that time not only have I ‘studied’ with many teachers and many styles of yoga, I have been guiding and teaching. I have grown in my spiritual beliefs that the Essenes, the birdsongs, big sky, moon light star bright, sunshine breath from the earth, Nature, gathering in CommUnity chanting praying being Yoga is what I offer. I share great strength in stillness and laughter, guidance for navigating the temple, for being the Yoga, the joining healing and balancing of the body mind and spirit. For the past 47 years, yoga the life journey, has given me amazing synchronicity, great blessings and grace.
