Rixos Hotel Clubs in Bodrum Turkey in 2008/2009 where she stood as the only female DJ, in the middle-east, at that time.

As she was backpacking and playing music throughout and in 2010 in Thailand , she won the Lottery for the American Green Card and she relocated to California and continued her solo adventures...

After taking some time to settle into her new life in the

United States, and taking a break for some self-education....2014 marked the year that Shany set off (by herself) on a Burning Man adventure that put her focus back on herfavorite trips with "music, nature and community" and felt the right time to get back on decks and give some love to her tribes!

Since 2015 DJ Shany has been playing extensively

throughout California's festival circuit, LA's underground music scene and even making her way across the country to share her music w New York City, Vermont, Miami, Mexico, Nevada and more

Her production side is taking the next step by playing a Persian instrument live with her own deep-groove desert-bass sound and with other artists and that is just beginning.
