Mick Lorusso is an interdisciplinary artist, educator, and yogi who draws upon the fields of biophysics, microbial ecology, and permaculture as they relate to the health of life on earth. He is currently the STEAMWork Design Studio coordinator at Westridge School in Pasadena, CA where he works with colleagues to foster composting and water-wise gardening in an outdoor experiential laboratory. He is also an instructor for the UCLA Sci|Art Studio+Lab, a member of the Cosmic Labyrinth education platform and a member of the Mexican interdisciplinary cooperative XOCIARTEK.
